The brief
Client work means email in two accounts, a calendar and a list of cases. The goal was one screen that keeps all of it in order, with help from AI, but without handing anyone’s email to an AI company.
What we built
- One inbox for Gmail and iCloud that updates live.
- A briefing every morning at 07:30, written by an AI model that runs on the dashboard’s own server.
- Two-way calendar sync with iCloud. Appointments in emails are added when the AI is sure, and suggested when it isn’t.
- Client cases with a status that updates itself, and revenue you confirm before it counts.
- An assistant that learns from corrections and drafts replies in your own style. It never sends anything by itself.
- Ask: questions across email, cases and calendar, answered with links to the sources.
- Separate, private data for each person who uses it.
The result
Two people use it every day, through a private network that keeps it off the open internet.
