Who is responsible
This website belongs to DWAnalytics (KvK —). Questions about your data go to info@dwanalytics.nl.
What is collected
Only what you fill in on the quote form: the kind of business you run, what you need and your email address.
Why
To answer your request and, if you want one, prepare a quote. The legal basis is your consent, which you give with the box on the form, and the steps you ask for before an agreement.
Who else handles it
The form is delivered by Web3Forms, which passes your answers on by email and acts as a processor. A copy of your request is kept in our own system for requests, which runs on Cloudflare and stores the data in the EU; Cloudflare acts as a processor too. Your details are not sold or shared for marketing.
How long it is kept
Requests that do not lead to a project are deleted within 12 months. If you become a client, your details are kept as long as the law requires for the administration (in the Netherlands, 7 years for invoices).
Cookies and tracking
This site places no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. Fonts are served from this site itself, not from Google.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, by email. If you think your data is handled wrongly, you can complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
