- 5 card games in one inventory
- 3 ways to deal at the counter, buy, sell and trade-in
- 14 + 8 daily and weekly encrypted backups
The brief
New Meta Collectibles sells singles for Riftbound, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece and Pokémon. The store needed one system for buying, selling and trading cards at the counter, and for knowing what its stock is worth and what it earns.
What we built
- A counter that works as a till. Pick buy, sell or trade-in, scan cards with the camera or type a short code, and record the whole basket at once. Cash rounding, change, receipts and baskets put on hold are included.
- Inventory for cards and sealed product, filtered by game, set, condition, language and price, with spreadsheet import and export.
- A dashboard with stock value, cost, realised profit and return per month and per game.
- Price alerts and insights. It flags stickers that no longer match the market, slow movers and best sellers.
- A public stock page customers open with a QR code at the counter or at an event.
- A webshop on the same stock, paid through Shopify’s checkout.
- Security first. Staff logins with roles and two-step sign-in, behind Cloudflare Access, and nightly encrypted backups.
The result
The store runs its counter, stock and reports from one system it can reach from anywhere.
